    £7.49 - UK Next Day Delivery* 

    £4.95 - Ireland Standard Delivery (3 - 7 Days)

    £4.95 - Europe Delivery (5 - 10 Days) 

    £4.95 - Worldwide Delivery (7 - 14 Days)

    £9.95 - Worldwide Delivery (Tracked) (5 - 10 Days) 

    *Orders made after 3pm will be dispatched the following day.  Orders after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday as the office is closed over the weekend.

    PLEASE NOTE: For items on Pre-Order you should expect your whole delivery (including items not on pre-order) to be dispatched on or before the date specified in the products description.
    
    

     

    Returns

    If you need to return an item you have ordered from our website, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. To return or exchange your item for any reason please email orders@bygioia.com within 7 days of your purchase.

    We are not able to return sale items unless there is a fault with the item. 
    
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
